Rub 80g butter into 200g flour
Fold in 50g parmesan cheese finely grated & 30g tasty cheese finely grated
1 ts garlic p’der
1 Ts dried chopped chives
1 Ts water & egg yolk
Knead on floured board till smooth
Roll into log about 5 cm diameter
Wrap in plastic refrigerate
SliceBake 180 C for 15min till pale golden
